Your consultation is a private, unhurried conversation with Dr. Frew himself — not a patient coordinator, not a sales team. Just you and your surgeon.
Dr. Frew will listen to what's been on your mind, examine your anatomy with a careful and respectful eye, and give you his honest assessment of what's possible, what's realistic, and what approach best serves your individual goals.

There is no standard Opus patient. There's you — with your anatomy, your goals, your life, and your timeline.
After your consultation, Dr. Frew designs a surgical plan that is specific to your body and what you want to achieve. This means the right procedure, the right technique, the right timing — and a clear understanding of what your investment will be, with no surprises.
Our team will walk you through pre-operative instructions, answer every logistical question, and make sure you feel completely prepared before your procedure date arrives. You'll never feel like you're navigating this alone.

STAGE FOUR · PREPARATION
We'll Guide You Through Every Step.
The weeks before surgery can feel like a mix of excitement and nerves. That's completely normal — and we're with you through all of it.
You'll receive detailed pre-operative instructions tailored to your specific procedure. We'll tell you exactly what to eat, what medications to pause, what to prepare at home for your recovery, and what to expect on procedure day. No guesswork. No last-minute surprises.
Our team is available to answer questions right up until the morning of your procedure. If something is on your mind, we want to know about it.

STAGE FIVE · PROCEDURE DAY
The Day You've Been Working Toward.
Procedure day marks the moment your preparation becomes reality. You'll arrive at our surgical facility, where our team will greet you and walk you through every step of what's about to happen.
Dr. Frew will meet with you before you go back — reviewing your plan, answering any final questions, and making sure you feel calm and confident. Our anesthesia team will keep you comfortable throughout, and Dr. Frew will personally oversee every detail of your procedure.
When it's done, you'll rest in our recovery area until you're ready to head home with your designated driver. You won't be rushed. You won't be alone. And the hardest part will already be behind you.

STAGE SIX · RECOVERY & RESULTS
This Is Where Everything Changes.
Recovery looks different for every patient and every procedure — but one thing is consistent: Dr. Frew and his team are with you through all of it.
You'll have clear post-operative instructions, scheduled follow-up appointments, and direct access to our team if anything feels off or unexpected. We monitor your healing closely and celebrate your progress with you.
