The office is in a strip mall plaza near the southwest corner of Monte Vista Avenue and Arrow Route.
- From the I-10: take Exit 48 (Monte Vista Ave) and head north on Monte Vista Avenue to Arrow Route, roughly a mile.
- From the 210 freeway: take Exit 52 (Baseline Rd), go west to Monte Vista Avenue, then south to Arrow Route.
Parking
There is a free parking lot right outside the office, with Tesla chargers.

The plaza is all one level, and there is clear signage out front.

A private conversation with Dr. Frew
Your consultation is a private, unhurried conversation with Dr. Frew himself — not a patient coordinator, not a sales team. He will listen to your goals, examine your anatomy with a careful and respectful eye, and give you his honest assessment of what is possible and realistic.
3D simulation
Your consultation can include a 3D simulation, so you can preview potential results before making any decisions. A simulation is a planning tool, not a guarantee of results.
A plan built around you
Your surgical plan is created by Dr. Frew personally — designed around your anatomy, your goals, and your timeline, with a clear understanding of your investment.
