Financing approval and specific terms — including interest rates, payment plans, and credit limits — are determined solely by the financing provider based on your individual creditworthiness and their own underwriting criteria. Opus Plastic Surgery does not guarantee approval, and application decisions are made entirely by the financing provider, not by our practice.
